Sexual Assault Investigation Continues

There was one reported sexual assault, one reported attempted sexual assault and a report of a prowler (suspicious circumstances) over the weekend.

Around 4:20am on Saturday, Police on mobile patrol discovered a single vehicle road traffic collision on Harrington Sound Road in Smith's parish near the junction with Arrowroot Lane. It appears that the white jeep was traveling east on Harrington Sound Road when the driver lost control, colliding with a fence. As a result, the vehicle ended up in a nearby garden and was extensively damaged.

Injury RTC

Around 2:50pm on Thursday, Police attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury on South Road in Paget near the junction with St. Paul's Lane, involving a car and an auxiliary cycle. It appears that the car was traveling west on South Road when the driver, a 30 year old Warwick woman, indicated to turn into the entrance of Harmony Club.

Breaking & Entering

Wed, 2005-11-30

Around 7:55pm on Wednesday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Marley Beach Drive, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainants who stated that sometime between 7:30am and 7pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into their home. The culprit stole $250 in cash and two gold rings. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Attempted Robbery

At 2:30 this morning, Police attended a reported attempted robbery. The victims, a 19 year old man and a 23 year old man who are both crew members from the visiting HMS Cumberland, stated that they were on Front Street in the City of Hamilton around 2:10am looking for a place to get some food, when they were approached by a local man who directed them to Island Chicken on Court Street.

Breaking & Entering

At 11:30am on Monday, Police attended a reported breaking and entering at a Paget guest property. On arrival officers spoke with the owner/manager who stated that sometime on Sunday an unknown culprit gained entry into one of the guest rooms. The culprit stole an undisclosed amount of U.S. cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
