The Bermuda Police Service is appealing for the public’s assistance in locating 47 year old Alvon Brangman, who was reported missing this morning (Monday, May 5th).
Mr. Brangman is described as a black male, 5’11” tall, clean shaven with a short haircut. He also reportedly walks with a limp and typically travels by bus or on foot.
Over the weekend police officers arrested three people on suspicion of impaired driving as the Selective Traffic Enforcement Programme (STEP) continues.
Officers also arrested 11 people for outstanding warrants and conducted liquor license checks at various liquor licensed premises throughout the island.

The Bermuda Police Service continues to appeal for the public's assistance in locating 67 year old Canadian visitor William Grange who was last seen on Friday evening in area of the Cambridge Beach resort. We are concerned for his safety and have mobilized two additional search teams. Searches of the Cambridge Beaches Resort property as well as the surrounding Sandys parish area have proved unsuccessful to date.

He is described as a white male, 5'9" tall with white hair, who suffers from short term memory loss. Mr. Grange was last seen wearing beige pants, a blue shirt, brown jacket and brown shoes.
Police responded to a report of a 51 year old woman's lifeless body being found in a residence on Laffan Street at 5:55 this morning. Initial observations do not suggest that foul play was a factor, however police will await the final results from an autopsy. The next of kin has been notified and the Bermuda Police Service offers our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

Around 10pm on Thursday, May 1st first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision on Blue Hole Hill in Hamilton parish.
It appears that two motorcycles were being ridden along Blue Hole Hill when they collided near the entrance to the Swizzle Inn.
The Police Community Clinic for Paget will be held on Saturday 10th May at Modern Mart, South Road, Paget from 2-5pm.
Community Action Team (CAT) officers will be available at the location to meet with members of the public and discuss any concerns they may have.
Area residents will also have the opportunity to obtain information on crime prevention as well as advice regarding how to form a Neighbourhood Watch Group.
Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police James Howard – Good afternoon members of the media. In a few moments I will ask Acting Detective Chief Inspector Dave Greenidge to give you an update in relation to the investigation of a shooting that injured a man in the Cove Valley area of St. David’s.
He is currently detained at the hospital receiving treatment for his injuries. His injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
The Bermuda Police Service is aware of a video posted on social media showing a man apparently licking and kissing a dead cat.
