Around 12:45pm today, Police received a report of a sudden death at a Derwent Lane, Devonshire residence. The victim, a 32 year old Devonshire man (a Trinidadian national) was found inside the residence in an unresponsive state by a member of the public and subsequently pronounced dead at the scene by an on call physician.
Burglary

Around 9:15pm on Saturday, Police attended a reported burglary at a South Road, Warwick residence. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 7am and 8:45pm that day, an unknown culprit gained entry into his home while he was away from the premises. The culprit stole a silver Olympus digital camera and $10 worth of coins. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 10:15am on Wednesday, Police attended a reported burglary at a Bridge Street, St. George's business. On arrival officers spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime between 6pm on Tuesday and 8am on Wednesday, an unknown culprit gained entry into the premises. The culprit stole $200 in cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
