Collision in Southampton - Around 6:30pm on Sunday October 9th, police attended a reported traffic collision on Riviera Road in Southampton parish between a truck and a motorcycle. It appears that both vehicles were travelling along Riviera Road in opposite directions when the vehicles collided. The rider of the motorcycle, a 29 year old Southampton man was conveyed to KEMH for treatment. His injuries are not considered to be life-threatening. The driver of the truck, a 24 year old Southampton man was uninjured. Both vehicles were damaged. Inquiries into this incident are underway. The Bermuda Police Service is continuing its appeal for witnesses or anyone with any information with regard to the confirmed firearm indents over the weekend.. Full investigations into the Friday October 7th firearm incident in the North Shore Road, Hamilton parish area and the Saturday October 8th firearm incident on North Shore Road, Devonshire are underway.
