Burglary Advisory - The Bermuda Police Service would like to advise the public to remain vigilant regarding burglaries. On Thursday there were five burglaries reported throughout three parishes; Devonshire, Hamilton parish and St. George’s. Overall, a quantity of electronics and jewelry were taken. The public is reminded to make sure all windows and doors are locked before leaving their homes unattended.

We also continue to recommend that all residents secure their valuables out of sight, record serial numbers of all items and take pictures of their possessions in particular electronic equipment and items of jewelry - so that if they are stolen and later recovered, there is an accurate way of identifying them.

Members of the public are encouraged to report any suspicious activity in their neighbourhoods to the police by contacting 295-0011.
