Update: Sudden Death of 79 Year Old American Visitor

The Bermuda Police Service is continuing the investigation into the death of 79 year old Joe Alston of Statesboro Georgia, U.S.A. The general findings of an autopsy conducted this week is that death appears to have been caused by drowning, but that will be for the Coroner to decide ultimately. Accordingly, a file is now being prepared for review by the Coroner’s office. The Bermuda Police Service extends condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Alston.
