Confirmed & Reported Firearm Incident in Pembroke

Around 11:30am on Thursday, Police responded to a confirmed firearm incident that took place on North Shore Road in the area of First Church of God in Pembroke. It appears that individuals on a motorcycle shot at a car; however, no one was injured.
There was also a reported firearm incident that took place on Court Street in Pembroke around 11:40am Thursday. It appears that men on a motorcycle brandished what is believed to be a firearm; however again, no one was injured.
It is unknown at this time if both incidents are related. An investigation into both incidents has commenced. Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information about either incident to contact the Serious Crime Unit on 299-8106.
