Update: Sudden Death - Police can now confirm the death of 40 year old Shane Carlyle Kelly of Old Road in Hamilton Parish. It appears that a few minutes after 7pm Wednesday police responded to a report of a marine incident at Green Bay Road in Hamilton Parish. Members of the community saw a man in the water by the Green Bay dock in a non-responsive state and as a result the emergency services were called. However, the 40 year old Hamilton Parish man was pronounced dead by an on call physician at 8:30pm. Foul play is not suspected in the death of Shane Kelly. The Bermuda Police Service extends our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
