Damage Only RTC - At 9:55am on Wednesday, Police received a report of a damage only road traffic collision on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish near the junction with My Lord’s Bay Lane involving a truck and a car. Details about the collision are unclear at the moment; however apparently no one was injured. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Burglary

Around 9:50pm on Monday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Jennings Road, Smith’s parish residence. It appears that sometime between Wednesday July 28th and Monday August 2nd an unknown culprit or culprits gained entry into the home while the occupants were overseas. The culprit(s) stole a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Advisory

The Bermuda Police Service continues to advise the public to remain vigilant regarding burglaries. All residents should make sure windows and doors are locked before leaving their homes unattended, even for short periods of time. The public is encouraged to report any suspicious activities or individuals in their neighbourhoods to Police on 295-0011.
