Recovered Vehicle - Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating a purple Suzuki Alto car with license plate 40075, which was reported stolen from outside a Point Shares Road, Pembroke residence sometime between 8pm on Tuesday and 8am on Wednesday. The vehicle was subsequently located and recovered on Point Finger Road in Paget around 11am today.

Burglary

At 6:15pm on Wednesday, Police received a report of a burglary at a Sayle Road, Smith’s parish residence. The complainant stated that sometime during the day an unknown culprit gained entry into the home while it was unoccupied. The culprit stole a quantity of cash. Inquiries into this incident are underway.

Advisory

The Bermuda Police Service continues to advise the public to remain vigilant regarding burglaries. All residents should make sure windows and doors are locked before leaving their homes unattended, even for short periods of time. The public is encouraged to report any suspicious activities or individuals in their neighbourhoods to Police on 295-0011.
