Burglary - At 10:45am on Wednesday, Police received a report of a burglary at the Bermuda Golf Academy & Driving Range in Southampton. The complainant stated that sometime overnight an unknown culprit gained entry into the mini golf hut on the premises; however, nothing was taken. It appears that the same culprit also gained entry into the nearby East Meets West restaurant; however once again nothing was taken. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Around 7:50am on Wednesday, Police received a report of a burglary at Port Royal Primary School. The complainant stated that sometime overnight an unknown culprit gained entry into an office on the premises; however, nothing was taken. Inquiries into this incident are underway.
Police are appealing for anyone with any information about these burglaries which took place in Southampton to contact the Somerset Criminal Investigation Unit on 234-1010.
