Around 7:10pm on Thursday, October 27th police officers attended a reported collision on North Shore Road in Devonshire near the junction with Barkers Hill.

A 16 year old male auxiliary cycle rider from Pembroke was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries to his arm, leg and back.

Inquiries continue and any witnesses that have not come forward already should contact Sergeant Brian Mello on 247-1299.
