Single Vehicle Collision in Southampton

Around 2:20am on Monday, August 25th police officers were dispatched to a reported single vehicle collision on Middle Road in Southampton in the vicinity of Jews Bay.
It appears that a car was being driven along Middle Road when a collision occurred with a utility pole. The vehicle received extensive front end damage and was subsequently towed from the scene.
It is unclear at this time if any injuries were sustained as the car was found unoccupied.

Weekend Police Activity
Over the weekend police officers arrested three people on suspicion of impaired driving as the Selective Traffic Enforcement Programme (STEP) continues.
Officers also arrested one person for outstanding warrants and conducted liquor license checks at various liquor licensed premises throughout the island.
