Pedestrian Injured in Collision With Car

Around 4:15pm on Monday, April 21st first responders attended a reported collision on Crow Lane in Pembroke near the junction with Corkscrew Hill.

It appears that a car was being driven along Crow Lane and an eight year old boy was utilizing the pedestrian crossing near the north round-a-bout when the collision occurred.

The driver stopped immediately to assist the victim, who was apparently treated at the scene by EMTs before being taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for medical assessment of unspecified injuries that were not believed to be serious.
