Motorcyclist Injured in Middle Road Devonshire Collision

Around 6:45pm on Tuesday, November 15th police and first responders were dispatched to a reported three vehicle collision at the junction of Middle Road and Montpelier Road in Devonshire, apparently involving a motorcycle and two cars.

Initial information suggested that the rider involved, a 48 year old Warwick man, sustained a serious leg injury and was taken to hospital via ambulance for treatment.

However, it now appears that his injury may not be as serious as first thought and at last check he was recovering in stable condition on a general ward.

There were no other injuries reported.

Motorcyclist and Pedal Cyclist Injured in Hamilton Parish Collision

Around 6:10pm on Tuesday, November 15th police and first responders were dispatched to a reported collision on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish near the junction with Radnor Road.

Initial information suggested that the collision involved a motorcyclist and a pedestrian.

However, it has since been confirmed that a motorcyclist and a pedal cyclist were actually involved, in the vicinity of Shelly Bay field.

The motorcyclist, a 35 year old St. George’s woman and the pedal cyclist, a 51 year old Hamilton parish man, were injured and taken to hospital via ambulance for treatment.

The St. George’s woman was later discharged, while at last check the Hamilton parish man was recovering in stable condition on a general ward.

Damage Only Devonshire Collision Results in Overturned Van

Around 4:15pm on Tuesday, November 15th police officers were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision in the North Shore Road, Barkers Hill Devonshire area.

It appears that a taxi and a van collided as the driver of each vehicle attempted to negotiate the round-a-bout at that location, with the van ending up on its side.

Both vehicles were damaged. However, there were no reported injuries.

Two Motorcyclists Injured in North Shore Road Devonshire Collision

Around 8am on Tuesday, November 15th police and first responders were dispatched to a reported three vehicle collision on North Shore Road in Devonshire near the junction with Cable Hill, involving two motorcycles and a car.

It appears that the motorcyclists and the car driver were traveling in opposite directions when the collision occurred.

The injured riders, a 31 year old St. George’s man and a 41 year old St. George’s man, were treated at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital and later discharged.

There were no other injuries reported. However all three vehicles were damaged.
