Around 9:05am on Thursday, March 5th police and first responders attended an industrial accident that took place at the Botanical Gardens in Paget. It appears that a 48 year old Devonshire male became trapped under a piece of heavy machinery. He was eventually freed and transported to KEMH where he is being treated for unspecified injuries. A Health and Safety officer from the Department of Health was present and an investigation into this incident is ongoing.

Two Vehicle Collision in St. George's

Around 5:55pm on Wednesday, March 4th police and first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision that took place on Mullet Bay Road in St. George's near to the junction with Wellington Slip Road.

It appears that two motorcycles where travelling along Mullet Bay when they collided. Both riders a 40 year old St. George's male and a 33 year old St. George's male were taken to KEMH where they were treated for their injuries and later released. Both vehicles also received extensive damages. An investigation into this collision is ongoing.
