Around 5:15 p.m. on Sunday, March 16, 2025, police received reports of a disturbance at the Hamilton Parish Workmen’s Club.
Upon arrival, officers were informed that a male had been injured when he was attacked by a group of individuals wearing face masks and helmets with dark tinted visors.
The injured male was reportedly transported by private vehicle to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
Checks at the hospital confirmed the victim was alert and receiving treatment for a head injury.
An investigation into this matter is now underway and anyone who may have witnessed or, who has any information about the incident is asked to call the main police number, 295-0011.
