Man Stabbed Multiple Times on Harbour Road in Paget [Updated]

Police and first responders attended a report of an incident that took place outside a residence on Harbour Road in the area of Valley Road in Paget around 2:53am this morning (Tuesday).

It appears that a 43 year old male was traveling from his place of employment in Dockyard on a motorcycle when he was accosted by two males on a motorcycle as he was traveling home.

When the victim arrived at his dwelling he was set upon by the two males and was subsequently stabbed multiple times.

He was taken to the hospital where he is presently listed in critical condition.

The area around the incident is presently cordoned off while the relevant police officers process the scene.

Police are appealing for witnesses, specifically anyone between 2am and 2:55am who may have seen two men on a motorcycle (with the lights off), traveling from the west following a male on a motorcycle or anyone who may have any information on this incident to please contact Sgt. Jason Smith of the Serious Crime Unit on 295-0011 and 717-0864 or the confidential Crime Stoppers hotline 800-8477.

Update: At last check this morning the 43 year old man, said to be a Paget resident, seriously injured when he was stabbed by two men on Harbour Road in Paget around 2:53am today (October 23rd) was listed in stable condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.

The investigation regarding this incident continues and any witnesses – specifically anyone that may have seen two men on a motorcycle (with the lights off), traveling from Dockyard following another male on a motorcycle between 2am and 2:55am Tuesday – or anyone with any relevant information is urged to contact Sergeant Jason Smith at the Serious Crime Unit on 247-1218 or on his cellphone 717-0864.

All incidents are under investigation.
