Man Arrested After Reported Altercation at Front Street Bar

Around 12:20am Sunday, May 20th police officers responded to a reported altercation on Front Street in the City of Hamilton.

It appears that at least two people were involved in a scuffle at The Dog House bar, which ended up on Front Street.

One man has been arrested in connection with this incident and a court appearance is anticipated in due course.

Inquiries are underway and witnesses, particularly persons with photos or video footage of the altercation, are asked to contact the main police telephone number 295-0011.

All incidents are under investigation. Police are appealing to members of the public who have witnessed these incidents or may have information pertaining to them to contact their respective Police Station, Police Headquarters at 295-0011 or the confidential Crimestoppers Hotline on 1 (800) 623-8477.
