Police and first responders attended a report of a road traffic collision that took place at 8:53pm on Marsh Folly Road in Pembroke.
It appears that a motorcycle rider was traveling west on Marsh Folly Road when the male rider collided with a car that was traveling in the opposition direction.
The rider of the cycle was taken to the hospital where his condition is believed to be serious.
The area has been cordoned off whilst the relevant police officers process the scene.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who may have seen the collision to contact police on 295-0011.
Update: At last check (7:20am Sunday, October 30th) the 62 year old Warwick man seriously injured when the auxiliary cycle he was riding collided with a car on Marsh Folly Road in Pembroke around 8:53pm Friday, October 28th was in critical condition at the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit.
The Warwick man was initially believed to have been riding a motorcycle.
