Missing Person: Dereck Spenser

The Bermuda Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 49 year old Mr. Dereck Spenser, who was last seen about 4:30pm Wednesday afternoon, the 21st November 2012. At that time, he left his place of employment in the Dockyard area, on his motorcycle.

Mr. Spenser lives on a houseboat in Ely’s Harbour and parks his motorcycle adjacent to Robinson’s Marina, Somerset Bridge, Somerset. Mr. Spenser’s motorcycle is parked in its regular position, but the punt that he normally uses to access his houseboat in the harbour is missing and he is not on his houseboat.

Routine enquiries to locate Mr. Spenser have so far been unsuccessful. Anyone with any information as to Mr. Spenser’s whereabouts or his movements since Wednesday afternoon, is urged to contact the police immediately on 295-0011.

All incidents are under investigation. Police are appealing to members of the public who have witnessed these incidents or may have information pertaining to them to contact their respective Police Station, Police Headquarters at 295-0011 or the confidential Crimestoppers Hotline on 1 (800) 623-8477.
