Motorcycle & Truck Collide Near Paget Traffic Lights

Around 3pm on Friday, November 25th police and first responders attended a reported road traffic collision resulting in injury near the junction of Middle Road and South Road in Paget involving a motorcycle and a truck. It appears that both vehicles were traveling along South Road when they collided in the vicinity of the Paget traffic lights. The rider of the motorcycle, a 21 year old Warwick man, sustained arm and leg injuries and was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. His injuries are not considered life threatening. The driver of the truck, a 52 year old Devonshire man, was not injured. Inquiries into this incident are ongoing. All incidents are under investigation.
