About 11.45am Tuesday, November 22nd police received a report of three men attempting to break and enter a residence located on Happy Valley Road in Pembroke Parish. On arrival at the scene police officers received information that the men were armed with what appeared to be a firearm and one of the suspects threatened persons in the area by pointing the weapon.
No entry was gained inside the residence.
At the time of this incident none of the occupants of the targeted premises was at home, however the complainant reports that his 6-month old Pit Bull Terrier was removed from outside the residence.
Police made a search of the Curving Avenue, St. Augustine Hill areas and have arrested two men for a related matter and they remain in custody pending interview/further investigations.
