Around 9:45am on Sunday, a 26 year old Devonshire man running in the Lindo’s to Lindo’s 10K road race collided with a stationary Police motorcycle that was assisting with traffic control at the junction of Brighton Hill and Watlington Road East in Devonshire. Despite the mishap the runner, apparently uninjured, went on to win the race. Subsequent inquiries with the runner’s family regarding his welfare confirmed that the Devonshire man was all right.
