Injury RTC in Devonshire

Around 4:20pm on Friday, February 18th 2011 Police responded to a report of a road traffic collision that took place at the junction of Middle Road and Chaingate Hill in Devonshire. At this time it appears that a car and a motorcycle collided. As a result the motorcyclist has been taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with head injuries. Currently his condition is unknown. As an extreme measure of caution officers from the Traffic Collision Investigation Unit are on scene and we are asking for the public’s indulgence as they conduct their inquiries. Traffic is being diverted away from the area until further notice and motorists are asked to take alternate routes if possible. |
All incidents are under investigation.
