Update - Fatal Shooting on St. Monica’s Road

The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 30 year old Kumi Harford of Pembroke. Mr. Harford was shot and killed in the St. Monica's Mission area of Pembroke around 5am Saturday. The investigation into the fatal shooting is ongoing. A press conference to update the media will take place soon.
Local investigators are being assisted by a crime scene examiner and a forensic pathologist from the USA.
There continues to be a high profile Police presence in the area with the Police Mobile Command Unit stationed at the scene and Community Action Team officers conducting house to house inquiries.
Investigators are continuing to appeal for any witnesses to this incident or anyone with any information to contact Inspector Calvin Smith on 295-0011.
