Around 4:20pm today, Police received a report of a sudden death. On arrival officers observed the body of a man lying outside a Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke premises in an unresponsive state. The victim was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene by an on call physician. Inquiries are ongoing. Foul play has not been ruled out. No further information will be released until the next of kin has been notified.
Funeral of Andrew Jackson
The funeral of Andrew Jackson will now take place at 1pm on Tuesday, January 6th 2009 at St. Paul's A.M.E. Church (not at 2pm as previously indicated).
