Update: Investigation into Missing Cooper Twins

The investigation into the disappearance of Jahmal & Jahmil Cooper continues and now includes arson at the crime scene in Crown Hill, Devonshire. Police believe persons unknown were attempting to obstruct the investigation into the assault and subsequent disappearance of the twins by torching the building.

Earlier today, a person was placed before the courts and was subsequently remanded in custody for offences of assault on the twins. Police are urgently seeking the whereabouts of a number of individuals who may have information relating to the location of the Cooper twins.

We are continuing to appeal for anyone with any information about this incident to contact Acting Inspector Jerome Laws on 299-4239 or the confidential Crimestoppers Hotline on 1-800-623-8477.

All incidents are under investigation.
