Reported Serious Collision: North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish [Updated]

At 8:25pm on Monday, January 1, police and other first responders attended a report of a road traffic collision that took place on North Shore Road in Hamilton Parish. It appears that a 31 year old Warwick man was traveling west on North Shore Road when the rider overtook traffic and collided with a wall near the bus stop across from the Francis Patton school.
The male was taken to the hospital where he is being treated for injuries that are classified at this point as serious.
Man Arrested on BA Flight

Bermuda Police attended a report of an unruly passenger onboard an inbound British Airways flight from Gatwick Airport at 7pm on Sunday.
It appears that a 54 year old man had consumed too much alcohol and became belligerent and verbally abusive to crew and fellow passengers.
When the plane landed in Bermuda the 54 year old man was taken to Hamilton Police Station where he was processed and detained.
Incident on St. Anne’s Road

Police responded to a report of an incident that took place on St Anne’s Road in Southampton at 4pm today (Tuesday). It appears that a 29 year-old man and his female companion were walking south on St. Anne’s Road near Henry VIII when a white motorcycle with two black males (rider a tall, thin light complexioned male and the passenger was dark complexioned and short) dressed in dark clothing.
The two males then demanded a bracelet from the 29 year-old man and a struggle ensued.

Police and first responders attended a report of a road traffic collision that took place on North Shore Road in Hamilton Parish at 2:55pm today (Tuesday).
Details are still unfolding but it appears that a van was traveling east on North Shore Road when the driver indicated and began to turn into the Esso TigerMart. Meantime, a male on a motorcycle also traveling east tried to overtake the van however he was unsuccessful and collided with the van and subsequently hit a wall.

Commissioner of Police Michael A. DeSilva - The Bermuda Police Service (BPS) regrets to announce the death of former Commissioner of Police, Mr. Jean-Jacques Lemay QPM, CCM, BA, who died on the evening of Saturday 16th December as a result of a road traffic collision that occurred on Highway 174 in Ottawa, Canada. Sudden Death of Mr. Sotunji Burgess

The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 37 year old Sotunji Burgess and extends sincere condolences to his family & friends.
Mr. Burgess became unresponsive while a passenger aboard a scheduled Jet Blue flight from New York USA to Bermuda on Sunday, December 10th and despite lifesaving efforts by the airline’s crew as well as local EMTs transporting him to hospital, he was later pronounced dead.
Sudden Death of 37 Year Old Bermudian Man

Around 10:10pm Sunday, December 10th police and first responders attended a reported medical emergency onboard a scheduled Jet Blue flight arriving from New York USA.
CPR was being performed on an unresponsive 37 year old man believed to be from Smith’s parish by the airline’s cabin crew and lifesaving efforts continued as he was rushed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance.
However, sadly he was later pronounced dead.

Reported Robbery at Pompano Beach Club

A few minutes after 11am Monday (December 4th) police officers responded to a report of an armed robbery that took place at Pompano Beach Club in Southampton.
Initial reports indicate that two men on a motorcycle arrived at the hotel, with one entering the establishment brandishing a bladed article and demanding money.

Around 4:40pm today (Friday, December 1st) police and first responders were dispatched to a reported serious single vehicle road traffic collision in the area of North Shore Road and Limehouse Lane in Hamilton Parish.
Details are still unfolding but it appears that a man on a motorcycle collided with a wall in the area. The victim has been taken to the hospital and his condition appears to be serious.

Around 2:30pm today (Friday, December 1st) police and first responders were dispatched to a report of a road traffic collision that took place on Wilkinson Avenue in Hamilton parish near the entrance to Crystal Caves.
Details are still unfolding but it appears that a truck and a motorcycle traveling in opposite directions collided.
Renewed Witness Appeal: Jahkoby Smith Murder Investigation

Autopsy Confirms Sudden Death of Roel Flores From Natural Causes

The Bermuda Police Service can confirm that the autopsy of 52 year old Filipino guest worker Mr. Roel Flores has been completed.
The results verify that he died of natural causes.
As such, the death of Mr. Flores is no longer classified as a road traffic fatality.
Truck Crash on North Shore Road [Updated]

Around 11:10am today (Thursday, November 30th) police and first responders were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle crash on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish.
It appears that a truck was traveling west on North Shore Road in the vicinity of Bethel AME Church and the Railway Trail, when the driver of the truck apparently lost control and struck a wall, causing the vehicle to overturn.

The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 52 year old Roel Flores and extends sincere condolences to his family and friends.
Mr. Flores, a Filipino guest worker, was apparently involved in a single vehicle motorcycle crash at the junction of South Road and Warwick Lane in Warwick around 6pm Tuesday, 28th November.
He was rushed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance but sadly later pronounced dead.
Two Motorcyclists Hurt: Middle Road, Ord Road Warwick Collision [Updated]

Police and first responders attended a report of road traffic collision that took place at the junction of Middle Road and Ord Road in Warwick at 8:30pm on Tuesday evening.
The collision occurred between two males on motorcycles. Details are still unfolding and both males were taken to the hospital, with one of the males being semi-conscious. The other male was conscious with unspecified injuries at the time of the incident.

Details are unclear at present but it appears that as a result of the collision the male motorcycle rider was taken to the hospital where he later was pronounced dead.
Reported Missing Teenager: Hillary Coddington [Located]

The Bermuda Police Service is appealing for the public’s assistance in locating 14 year old Hillary Coddington.
Ms. Coddington, a student of The Berkeley Institute, is described as brown complexioned, between 5 feet 1 inch and 5 feet 2 inches tall with her hair in long braids.
She was apparently last seen on Monday, November 27th in the City of Hamilton wearing her school uniform.
There is concern for the wellbeing of Ms. Coddington, who has never gone missing before and is said to frequent the City of Hamilton as well as the Stowe Court, Pembroke area.
In addition, she usually travels on foot or by bus and has been known to visit the St. George’s area.
