Reported Serious Motorcycle Collision in Hamilton Parish

Around 4am on Sunday, August 31st first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle motorcycle collision on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish, near the junction with Studio Lane.

It appears that a male motorcyclist was riding along North Shore Road and collided with a wall. The 30 year old Hamilton parish man was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. At last check he was in stable condition.

Witness Appeal: Two Car Collision on Harbour Road

Around 3:50pm on Sunday, August 31st first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision on Harbour Road in Paget near the junction with Lovers Lane.

It appears that two cars were being driven along Harbour Road when the vehicles collided. The drivers, a 46 year old female and a 52 year old male both from Sandys parish, were injured and subsequently treated at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

Apparently their injuries are not serious. There were no other injuries reported.

Both cars were damaged and traffic was diverted away from the area for approximately three hours while collision investigators examined the scene.
