Police Motorcyclists’ Training Course Underway

The Bermuda Police Service would like to advise the motoring public that a police motorcyclists’ training course is currently underway until Friday, February 21st.

In order to teach proper response to different types of emergencies, the course involves trainee police motorcyclists traveling along Bermuda’s roads at speed, and at times using lights & sirens.

Members of the public will be able to easily identify the three trainee police motorcyclists by their yellow reflective vests.

Motorists are reminded to give way and exercise caution if they encounter this training in progress – the same way they would for any approaching emergency vehicle.
